have no fear of that..... it is the fastest TII i have ever driven. it is one of the fastest street TII's i've seen besides 1fastT2's basically *street race car* https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

i think the car at high boost on race gas should be able to do high 12's with the new weight reduction and slicks. not too shabby....... hell it did 13.7 @ 100 with an old low compression engine at 7psi of boost with the stock catback and street tires. give me and the car some credit LOL

Shane.Trammell 11-01-2002 11:44 PM

how bad is it if a tII shoots some flames??

rotarychainsaw 11-02-2002 03:47 PM

All the time? lol. Flames are good.

With no emissions on that car, its a normal thing.

Shane.Trammell 11-03-2002 01:43 AM

it backfired a couple of times and shot some flames

Shane.Trammell 11-03-2002 01:43 AM

i thought it was pretty cool

RX7Aggie 11-03-2002 02:00 AM

good deal. get it, but dont be surprised if the engine goes out. if it was't tuned correctly, that engine could blow any day. shoot, 30K miles on an upgraded Turbo is a lot, especially if it was driven hard.

example of rigged: mine when i bought it. the kid said it was doing 12's at 20 psi of boost and had an upgraded turbo. wrong, the tubing was all done up with rubber hoses and clamps and the wastegate was broken shut.

Shane.Trammell 11-03-2002 01:31 PM

the turbo has less than 3000 miles on it
