I have a T04 turbo, no intake or MAF, just a filter on the turbo, need a new one, wanted to know what the best one is, and the cheapest.

I'm running a NAPA Gold, High performance stock filter element . With N/A though, I noticed no difference between cone and stock air box, so I went with the stock since I had a crappy ebay cone and I was worried about it falling apart.

I hear apexi is very good and about as expensive as K&N.

That middle thing is the MAF sensor. It calculates how much air is coming in, so adapt the fueling. That style is only on the s4 cars. s5 is different.
