******* thing has no instructions. I noticed 2 yellow dots on one side and the pressure plate is yellow...

ColinRX7 05-06-2004 08:16 PM

LOL that's just enough to piss you off, eh?

Cheers! 05-06-2004 08:27 PM

there's only one way, you will know soon enough if youhae it backwards

Look at the disc, the higher of the two faces fit into the pressure plate side. ussually has a set of risers where the springs are installed.

yeah if you're careful you can figure it out. try it both ways it will become obvious

RETed 05-06-2004 10:54 PM

It's not that obvious! :P

I've put them in backwards, and it's a royal pain in the ass to fix.

If you did put it in wrong, the clutch will not engage.

After freshly rebuilding a motor im on nerves end with everything! Stay out of my way = P. And its funny how I saw several write-ups on the net and no one cares to mention it? Stupidity. Well if Camel is correct I have it in correctly.

Eric Happy Meal 05-06-2004 11:56 PM

maybe you should mention it to them? or possibly make your own?

yeah you can get it backwards but if you take your time and look at it both ways its pretty clear, or i have no idea witch way its supposed to face i just check it each time.
