Anybody here have a car that suffer from warped rear brake rotors alot.

It seems that when they are new they will last at least an year till they warp. After cutting them and putting new pads on they will last shorter before they become annoying and you can hear them crunch when lightly touched.

Anybody have the that problem.

i haven't really noticed... my clutch throwout bearing is LOUD on the GTU. i just put on new pads in the rear without cutting the rotors.

Sounds to me like there is somthing more wrong that keeps causing the warping- if I even had an idea what I'd share, but that just doesn't make sense to have a recurring problem like that. Idon't know; bent axle maybe?

Hey mine too. But mine was just replaced about a month and a half ago. I broke my release fork, that fucked up my TO bearing and my pressure plate. Replaced them all now in the last 3 weeks my TO bearing is making a bunch of noise. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/11.gif

How you believe the rotors warped? Do you measure runout?

Also no using of parking brake when brake rotors hot!

You can hear them rub and off, on and off.

Anywyas, yes, I think is from using the parking brake after driving the car. I guess having a turbo timer is worth less now since I have to put the car in gear to keep it from putting on the parking brake.
