Hello I've had the experience from hell with my new R(new engine,tranny just about everything) so i bought a new engine from dirty south rotary the guy was good about things on the phone and very helpful even gave me a free fcd but he's running from the law now the best I can tell becuase we have attempted conact with him his business his house his former employers and no one can find him...this is a problem becuase while I have this engine sitting here it's missing a part 2 little things known as exhuast sleeves or sometimes called baffles I believe no my shop put my engine together without them and now they are very agiasnt putting ones in becuse they are afriad to take the motor apart(they claim 30 years rotory experience) So I have some new sleeves coming from atkins and really they just need to get roll pins that will fit and hammer them In I guess my real question is how vital are these things or if any one has had experience raplacing them I have been sitting on this dead & since march, I'm begging to lose faith in the anyone is the damn auto business I havent talked to one honest person about this car since before I bought it. So if you have any info on this problem please post.
