The more I take my car to the autocross the more I realize i need a better cooling system. I have in mind a Koyo radiator but I don't know if that will come into conflict with other components. The radiator i want has a thicker core and I don't know if the stock fan shroud could be used. I was wondering what others have used to pass air through the radiator. I have heard of the electric Fiero fan working great in Rx-7s but what other designs work well with a Koya racing radiator.

Thanks.

Alright good to hear there are other options are available. What about a dual electric fan set up? How many amps can I draw out of my alternator?

stock fan setup is good and already there so why worry bout the bs.

I've read that the FC alternator will be close to being overworked if using an e-fan. The factory fan is meant to quite efficient at cooling as long as the clutch in the fan is working properly. If you choose to use an efan an FD alternator probably should be used aswell.
