I have the apexi TT with the right harness. I understand I run 1 wire to my E-brake, one to me ECU, and where does the other go? But then about the harness, i heard it plugs in right under the sterring column? So I have to remove the steering wheel to get the cover off, then the 4 connectors plug right in? How have u guys done yours.

First of all...you dont HAVE to plug it into the Ebrake, thats for an option you can program into the timer. Secondly, you just pop the lower cover off from under the steering column, you'll see what I mean. Then you unplug the connector from the ignition, and then plug the timer in...its VERY simple once you get under there...I'm gonna go see if I can find my pics(there on a CD somewhere) to help ya out...

First: This is the GReddy one I bought....

Once you lay on you back, there is a small panel w/ vents in it and a plastic guides for the A/C & heat...you just unscrew the 2 screws holding the panel up and it'll expose the wires and should look like this:

where's your's stuck at. i dont see from that pic. mine is under the plastic consol cover under the head light switches.



as a note, the ebrake wire just makes it so that if the ebrake is engaged and then disengaged while the timer is running, the car will shut off so no one can steal it. mines not hooked up so i constantly says "Sid" when timing down.

If you look at the last photo(the collage) the bracket screwed into the dash right near the ignition. Does the APEXi kit come w/ a mounting bracket? The GReddy came w/ both the bracket and double sided tape, but I dont like tape,lol. I just bolted mine into the bracket after installation...very clean.

no bracket, its too small just tape.
