To be honest I never removed a turbo or had to, I just removed my engine. A buddy of mine asked for my help because working on cars really isn't his thing and he just got his seven. Im having trouble disconnecting the oil return line behind the compressor housing and that last top left nut behind it connecting the turbo to manifold. Im having trouble getting to it. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif I need a special tool to get in there I take it? Got the first half of the heat sheild off (that was a bitch without messing it up) and all other steps are done. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

top left nut is just a pain, i think i just use a normal box end, but its a real big pain

I just take the Whole manifold off, I have it down to about 2hours off and on now.

use a 90degree bender adaptor and use a shitload of extensions for the top left downpipe bolt and you're golden. it's pretty straight forward. gl man.

okay I got the turbo and manifold off now.

that top left nut was accesable with an extension

now im having trouble getting the LIM off...

have the 4 bolts out and 2 nuts off, what else is holding it on anything?
