Are all the 2nd gen manual trannies interchangable?

I have a 1986 base 2+2 na.

Which trannies will fit on what motor and what chassis.



I plan to get an s5 na motor in my s4 chassis, which tranny will fit? all?

The N/A's are interchangeable, and the turbos have a different flywheel, starter, d shaft, clutch.

if your car is auto now. none will bolt in and you'll have to make a custom mount.
