I wanted to get 225 series tires for my 86 n/a (open diff) but a "less than reliable" source is absolutely positive that I'll "snap" my half shafts... any thoughts?

its for auto-x case you needed to know any sort of driving conditions or anything (225 on a 7.5 dish is all my class'll allow me).

I know I'll need spacers and all but I hear people asking about the 3rd gen 225 series tire/rim swap all the time on this site... right?

thanks
