Now that's a radical notion. What are you, some kind of maniac?! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif |
Flap, 6in 6out,
I have a copy of the manual at the link in my sig.. |
I did nt get a manual with it because I bought it used. But that would have been the first place I would have looked before posting on here. Thanks for the help.
BTW, what should the % Correction be on as well? |
|
I am going tomorrow to dyno tune the car. Is there any little things that I should know about when doing so? About what percentages should I be at? What is a good AFR (13.5 or so?)? I am going to do it myself, and am a little nervous about doing so, so if you can help me in any way, please post it on here. Thanks.

i am gonna throw one on my NA too, I think they put larger injectors in when they ported and rebuilt the motor, it sucks more gas then my t2.
Good lord NO. I suggest you leave the tunning to the prof. If they dont have a wideband, they cant do anything. If I saw a car making a 13.5 a/f ratio I would be scared as **** to drive it on the street and play around with it. Thats just to damn close for a Rx7, expecially with just a S-AFC. Personally I wouldnt do it. |
13.5:1 is no reason to be scared. Its actually a little less than where you want to be during WOT on a N/A motor. Don't post if you don't have any experience on the subject. |
Yes - I forgot he has an 87. |

Don't post if you don't have any experience on the subject.
If you would have read the whole post instead of just making an assumption of what I said. Yes I know 14.7 is ideal, but with a very inaccurate SAFC I WOULDNT want to try it that lean, PERSONALLY I would fatten it up some. SO if you dont have any experience, please dont post. |

Nevermind I just read what I posted I typed in the the complete reverse of what I was meaning. Apologies. 13.5 is a good number to shoot for. As I said I am sorry, I guess this happens when you have to jobs, you cant think straight.
