ok i found a 1987 turbo 2 with a blown out motor it looks like its in pretty good condition(besides the blown motor) how much should i offer?

well never mind i just got it for 500

$500 is a good price. Just make sure that you replace alot of the hoses, and try to have the injectors cleaned.
