if one were to remove the sideskirts... will there be visible holes for fasteners on the body..

dont have my shop manual handy nor can recall from my old teetwos.. anyone have pics..

i belive youd just have to replaace the moldings on the car rob would know

there are extra holes, LOTS of them, and your crazy for not liking them!



When I put the skirts on my car there were 2 tabs that I had to break off because I did not want a hole in the car, you can see those holes in Kevins car in the picture in front of and behind the door, as well as the bad ones- the holes in the rocker panels.



I put no holes in my car when I put the skirts on, just a few way under the car, if I ever took my skirts off there would be no visable holes.

I took a real good look today at my 2 cars, the skirts are so subtle I dont know why your making a big deal of this, lol

cause im torn... used to think the skirt looked good until ive seen some nicely lowered fcs with meaty shoes that has me questioning..

heres one for example.. shikas vert... very nicely done..

see now I dont like those type of wheels at all so that does nothing for me, the photo itself is done very nicely and I think that adds to the effect.



To each thier own though because I know alot of people dont like mesh wheels.







Its always like this, if a car comes with it some people want it off, and if it did not come with it people want to add it.

was referrin to the lack of skirt... not the wheels

I know, and I think the photo is done nicely where it makes the car look like more then it is, the angle and quality of the photograph adds to the effect, if that photo was taken up high or on grass instead of a parking garage the car would not have the same effect.



I think with skirts the car would be killer

its all subjective..

guess ill have to rip one side out and leave the other to see which one im diggin...

thing with rippin em out are the holes it leaves behind and id have to find someone to swap with the mouldings..

for what its worth i kind of agree, i think the skirts make the car look fat sometimes too.



but if you have the right wheels and ride height and such, they do look good
