iight well i need an exhaust as ya now, im going with the rb catback for non turbos, i was thinking of doing a t2 or fd motor swap into my car right, so do i need to get the catback for t2 instead or can i just get a down pipe and what not.

If your planning on the swap...you can still use the RB Catback. Just buy a downpipe/cat/presilencer setup..whatever you want. The catbacks mount in the same locations on T2s and NAs...so you'll be fine.
Performance wise...a T2 catback would flow better for a turbo application... |

is it better if i get the t2 exhaust then? Would that affefct my n/a in the mean time though?

hello someone, compare and contrast , teach us not so talented, Plz enlighten me

turbo exhaust diameters are generally bigger, resulting in a drop in back pressure...but for a turbo car thats a good thing.

what else is required in the swap?
|
1/2 bigger, the exaust is the least of the problems with the swap
so if you are thinking of a tii swap, then get the TII exaust, if there isnt enough backpressure you may have to put another muffler or a resonater, but it should be ok. |
