Yea idk. I have a 91 rx7. I just cant seem to change the air flow to anything. Right now it blows on my face. But when i press those buttons the lights change according to push but does not change the air flow. Im curious if anyone else had this problem? Everything else works good on it. but hmm... im puzzled. I do have another logicon... (always wonder why they call it that too)... but havn't tried one yet. I doubt its that cuz my buddies which has a 87 rx7 has tried the same thing... But i will try. Help please. Thanks.

well logicons can fail,

but ive ran into in a couple rx7 where hte linkage for the adjust rod falls off and then it wont change where it blows.

try listening reall closly to under the dash and switch the controls see if u can hear the motor tring to adjust it. if u can hear the motor then the linkage has prolly fallen off. u can prolly see it from under hte dash if u stick your head under there.

if u dont hear hte motor then your logicon may actually be bad

does the linkage connect to the logicon itself or no? should i look under the passengers side or drivers. Sad enough i could not find any info through the factory manuals. Im somewhat in the dark on this one.

logicon is hooked to an amplifier, and then that is hooked to motors which are hooked to the linkage.

never ever seen a motor fail on one of these
