but if i was low on oil or coolant wouldnt one of the lights on the dash be on?
The lights can go out by themselves and the buzzer still work.

Is it a beeping or a constant buzzing?

mine is constant. his sounds like its either a bad ground or a fluid starting to go low which shifts when he goes around a turn. just my .02 cents. btw- this might be stupid, but what is the starting assist fluid?

Starting assist fluid...

Some, not all, RX-7's were equipped with a system to assist starting the car when it is very cold outside. There is a small tank near the passenger side firewall behind the charcoal canister. This tank is supposed to contain a 90/10 mix of engine coolant. During a cold start, this is injected with the fuel to help start the car when extremely cold.

The car will blow smoke initially as the fluid is burned off.

You say that in a turn it stays on constant which makes me think of the low engine coolant warning. You say the engine coolant is fine so maybe it is a faulty sensor. Same possibility with the oil level sensor.

mine will do the same thing if i let the coolant get too low and the light comes on. It will only buzz off and on though so i think i have a poor connection and you probably have the same problem. I believe the actual buzzer is right behind the headlight switch behind the insturment cluster if you just wanted to cut the wires to it. just make sure you pay attention to your lights if you do that.
