My stock clutch is almost dead. Now I want a more efficient one and at an affordable price, or should I stick with a genuine clutch and pressure plate?

What would be my best choice in aftermarket clutches? I know there is almost no limit in performance choices, but what about the best performance/price choice for replacing the stock clutch system.

Thanks..

i bought this nice six puck copper/ceramic one from ebay for like a couple hundred. it came with koyo bearings, a pressure plate with like 20% increase pressure and a nice 6 puck disc. it's worked great so far.

dunno if your car needs a 6 puck tho.

i burned out a centerforce in 3k miles (cause theyre **** and it blew apart in my trans)

and then i wore out an act s/s in about 10k miles at which point either it or the PP shrapnelled and took out a whole bunch of stuff in my trans.

If your not planning on running a 75 shot of N2O a good OEM style clutch will serve you well. No need for any racing clutches unless you plan on being at the track every weekend.

You might want to wait for Phins to add the clutchmasters his prices are very very good. Good enought to piss off other distributers. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

Ahhhh,.. NP rocks!
