My car is becoming extremly flooded in the mornings when i go to start it. I dont think its a leaky injector issue becuase even after i get it started afterwards it remains flooded and trys to stall until slightly warm. I cant let the rpms drop lower than 2k otherwise it bogs down from all the fuel and will emedialty stall. Anyone got an idea of whats going on here?

Are you loosing any other fluids into the motor? Is there any spark to begin with? Mine seems really weird lately too.
|
no loss of fluids and i should have spark becuase after it warms up it will run fine.

check if you have vaccum leaks... also check if the injectors are leaking too just in case,,,

Check everything. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png With colder weather, the ECU will increase fuel flow to a cold engine. Check to see if the water thermo sensor is within spec?

i agree with bigturbo.... VAC VAC VAC

Im going to go over everything really well today as soon as i decide to get off my lazy ass. The vaccum lines should all be good they were just put on a little while ago but something may have come lose when i was playing around in the car the other day drifting. If the injectors were leaking id be able to pull the plugs and see if there was alot of fuel in there right, or is there a better way to check to see?

Heres a picture of my plugs from the front rotor, leading plug is on the left.
EDIT: I just put the plugs back in and checked everything over. All vaccum lines are good everyline is hooked up and every cap in place. While cranking i looked at the air/fuel guage and noticed the mixture is pegging out the guage. No wonder it wont start. |
one way i tested if the secondaries were leaking was take them out and put them in a plastic bag still hooked up, then cranked... see if they fire..
