Okay....i tried resetting the timing (lining up the timing line with the yellow line on the pulley, then setting the CAS lines up), then i replaced the spark plug wires and put in new spark plugs. Also put in ATF in the holes before putting in the new spark plugs. And car sounded like it wanted to start but didn't. So i pulled the leading wire and hooked it up to a spark tester and got no spark at all from it. Any other suggestions or theories?? Haven't checked the ecu yet though.

I assume you've checked all the wiring at the coils and the CAS. When you checked the timing, if you're using an inductive type light and the strobe flashes, you must be getting something resembling a spark.



If the car's been sitting a long time, the gas in the tank may not exactly be fresh, and there could be a lot of condensation in there. There should be a drain on the bottom of the tank, so you can get that stuff out and put in some fresh fuel.



When you did the unflood procedure, did you pull all the plugs out, or just pull the fuse? When I first got my car, I pulled the plugs and turned it over several times. The first few times it would blow a cloud of stale gas out. Drove me right out of the garage.

okay.....just got done checking wiring for the CAS and Coils......CAS is good.....so are the other 2 CASs that i have......checked to make sure that i was getting power to the coils......on the leading coil i was get about 11.50 volts....and on the trailing....nothing....someone please help me with what to do now....i feel so close to getting this thing running. Another question....if a fuse is good but not getting any power to it would the light on the fuse tester not light up.....i checked the fuse panel and all of the fuses looked good but the fuse tester light only went on on about half of them. SOS please hurry.....(Save Our Sevens)
