I know these plugs need to be replaced ,i removed them earlier today this is the first time i have checked them since i got the car.one of the plugs has white hard stuf in cross sections that u can see in the pics.the other plug looks more worn down inside of the plug where the tip is .they are not wet ,no antifreeze so i guess my seals are okay i hope.is this normal wear other than that they were in there to long.sorry if the question is sounds stupid i dont know much about cars i normally take my car's to mechanic for repair's,i only removed these 2 plugs i still have to get the other 2 out tommorow witch look harder to get out because of more stuff in the way the car is an 88 t2.

In case you have not already noticed the upper (trailing) and lower (leading) plugs are different heat ranges.

The plug on the right in your picture looks like a worn out leading plug.

It looks a little oil ash fouled.

Do change your oil every 3K & not over 3500 miles.

FWIW the rotary engine burns through normal steel leading plugs every 5-10K miles.

I use NGK platinums (BUR7EQP) in the leading holes to get more miles between changes.

i clean my plugs every oil change. That keeps em burning good. And i've mastered plug changing. I can remove, unflood and assemble in 15 min. Damn flooding. Carry a plug socket and wrench with you so that you can do that anywhere.
