Racing Beat oil cooler lines, and stripping down of the CPU harness
looks good so far. having fun with the E6K installation i see https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png
more of the harness stripping down, man i had to take off like 10 miles of duct tape, and throw out 50 miles of wire.
yes haltech is fun! no where near as hard as ppl make it seem. I got a question here though. How is my Ic suppose to attach? those 2 holes there have nothing to mount to.

those would have gone to a bracket that is bolted to the emissions rack which is gone. don't worry about put the other two bolts in on the far side. when the hood closes down it will have enough pressure to hold it down. no fmic yet ???? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

Looks good. Then all you'll need is a FMIC and some proper tuning of the haltech and you'll be smoking.

It says on the K2RD website that you need to relocate the battery with that radiator. Where are you putting the battery?
that looks sweet. It's my X-mas gift. i love the holidays.
I threw mine in the rear, I also have one of those mini dry cell batteries. I suppose it might fit upfront now, but i dunno we shall see if i keep it back there. i just don;t like the fact of ppl knowing my battery is back there.
those arent actually dry cell batteries per se, they're still lead-acid batteries afaik.
just technically classified non spillable sealed batteries, if you notice on the odyssey (SP?) web site they say "drycell (tm)" .... marketing. |
yeah i know thats why ur still supposed to ventilate them, and ofcourse i bought a ******* box that isn't.
you don't have to ventilate the sealed ones, at least not the odyssey ones... it's in the documentation provided with the one i bought.
it's sealed and they say something about 'internal ventilation' https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif but it's not supposed to emit anything, leak fluid or gas... safe to use inside your car, or in say a UPS for your computers. |
