In vacuum, under 2k rpms I am getting 5mpg! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/wacko.png https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/ohmy.png Went through over an 1/8 a tank of gas going to the car hangout last night.... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/sad.png

On the way there a gsxR 750 asked me to race, too bad I was running so rich, i declined.. I also almost caused a car accident, some lady in a new big expendition was looking at my laptop and ran over the center median https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif

I was also able to put my n/a hood back on my car, fits a little high from the IC, but it works, intake temps did reach 160~F https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/ohmy.png , but I didn't boost the entire night...

yah, i tuned my na it was easy. 1 bit richer than bucking

1Revvin7 07-27-2003 07:23 PM

Yea i know, I kind of ran short of cheese. Anyhow, I finally got a reading from the o2 using my multimeter, I'm seeing .923~volts. Ok so I cut the connector on the end of the signal wire and all of a sudden(w/o the o2 sensor hooked up) i gettting 456mv, and its making corrections % when revving, WTF??? Ok so I connected the wire to the o2 sensor, same thing. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif

Tried tuning the idle out, the map is already almost perfect in vacuum as BDC said, he gave me a new map https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/happy.png But for some damn reason I am getting rich signals from the o2 and gas mileage is no better.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif

RX7Aggie 07-27-2003 08:01 PM

i calculated mine the other day. i'm getting 17.8 on the highway, driving 32 miles every day to work from SA to new braunfels to work a schlitterbahn.

not bad, but much better than my city driving in college station, where i'm lucky to have over 100 miles on 3/4 of a tank...
