Well I bought a couple of led lights from Radioshack and made myself a tester for tuning the tps. It worked great, stopped my surging on acceleration. Actually my idle was pretty good today it sat right at a grand for a long time. I finally drove my FC on the road! yee ha. I stopped and put some gas in it (I didn't drive too far since I am on '00 tabs), and when I started it back up it idled at around 2500 for a few and then kicked down to 1500 and surged, but not too bad. I am thinking that maybe after driving it a bit the tps screw moved and got a little out of wack. I lost the blind cap to it, I don't know if that prevented it from moving before or not. I am going to mess with it tomorrow, probably reset it and drive it some more. It was actually idling at 800 for a long time too, but then crept up to 1100. Oh well at least its streatable.

I am thinking maybe a little bit of silicone or something on the threads would stop it from moving around after driving it, if that is what is causing it.
