i bought this non-running 87 rx a year ago and have steadily got it running better and better. now that i've got the engine in pretty good shape i'm starting on the interior. first order of business is the seats... my brother gave me the cheap aftermarket seats he had in his talon before he got rid of it. i should've stole the recaros out of my evo before i sold it. doh!! anyway, my stock seats are pretty trashed. the driver's side is ripped from head to toe. i put a cover on it just so i don't have to look at it. the passenger side slider is falling apart. well, long story shorter, the aftermarket seats have the sliders already but i need to get a mounting bracket. the screw holes on the seats are 11.5" front to back and 15-15.5" side to side. does anyone know if the sparco or corbeau or any other brackets out there will fit these seats? i'll probably just end up drilling the stock brackets/sliders to fit, but since the passenger side is falling apart i figured i'd check with youse guys first.

thanks,

~jason~

what kind of seats do you have? all the aftermarket ones vary

i think they're matrix? they're in my storage unit, so i'm not 100% positive. i did measure the mounting holes last time i had them out. they're spaced 11.5" front to back and 16" side to side(found the sheet of paper i wrote them down on!!).

i notice there are plenty of seat brackets on ebay, i was looking at bride seats, but it might give you some ideas
