ARE THE HOUSINGS USUALLY STAMPED (F ) AND ®? OR HAS THIS MOTOR BEEN OPENED UP BEFORE?

there is an F or R stamped into the top of the housing somewhere

THE STAMPING IS FROM THE FACTORY? CAUSE MY OTHER BLOCKS DONT HAVE THE STAMPS!

yes. all the fd and fc housings have it. sometimes its not very deep

If I wanted to cut costs at my business, I would definitely eliminate the lower-case letters entirely. Huge savings.
