I have done some research and found out that dirty fuel injection/s can rob your Rx-7 of performance. Even if one is bad the ECU will compensated by slowing all th injectors down to the same rate as the dirty one. There are all those BS commerialized cleaners likes STP and i even heard they help to clog them. :mad: Either way I was thinking about having them cleaned and the price tag on that is $100-400 :mad: I would probably be better off replacing them myself. you can send them to www.rceng.com . my mechanic sent out my primary 550's while my car is apart they cleaned and balanced them. one was dripping other was fine but afterwards both worked fine and actually pumped out 570cc's just from cleaning. i think its only $50 each too.

uhm, the injectors are pretty expensive (for the t II atleast)... I'm not too sure on a n/a but I think they are pretty easy to get to... on turbo models though it's a bit of a pain, got the intercooler, then the intake manifold, and all of the damn hoses under the manifold.... I've had to get in there 5 or 6 times now, so it's gotten easier each time....

Hi Guy's, I just had my injectors cleaned and balanced by RC.Engineering and the cost is about 24.00 each plus shipping. Very nice people to deal with. They send you a computor print out of what the flow check was before and after and the spray patterns before and after. They will call with the results and cost before they ship them back to you. Highly recommend cleaning the injectors if you have over 60.k or if your putting in a rebuild. If your interested I can get back to you with the phone number.
