Japan. They are something like 250 bucks for a pair. Rotary Extreme can get them for you, as well as JT-imports, but I have no idea what happened to them.

we closed up shop but yeah they are pretty expensive..

There is a guy (87GTR) on teamfc3s.com that sells them. They are in the shop section.
