I have a set of ITB's from a 2004 yamaha R1 I bought off ebay, I was hoping to get some peoples opinions about ITB's and bridgeports combined, etc. Any informationis very helpful.

Thanks

Individual throttle body/bodies..

ITBs for rotary engines are great like for most engine. It lets it breathe better. Is it carb or EFi ITBs?

They should be ok, bike tb's have to flow pretty well because they rev so high, the only thing you may need is bigger injectors. If you're concerned just get a pair from a big v-twin off ebay.

My setup is utilizing dual TB (55mm) w/ a large street port w/ plans of a bridge over the summer. The guys in AU told me the 55mm setup (110mm total) will flow very well for the bridge setup...but I have to use 1600cc secondaries, which is fine as I'm already going to use them on the SP motor, lol.

I'm not big on bike TBs, but if they are sized right, they should do just fine..

Oh, my setup is for 16psi to 24psi though, wasn't sure if you were talking NA or FI...

the question is not "why would u need itbs on a bossted car" but "why wouldnt you want itbs on a boosted car" all in all the motor will have better response and flow. and not may people have itbs on boosted rotarys. ITB's on a turboed vehicle is similar to a rally or supercar setup https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png
