First off i wanna note that this N/A 13b has 222k miles on original engine.

Heres the problem. When i start the car you have to have it run at 3k rpms for it to warm up then drops down and it idles at 1500 rpms, but the idle bumps up and down constantly. The car works perfectly for 10 mins of driving, but then it starts to jerk really hard, it wont let me rev past 4k rpms. Ive had two people look at it and they both said its the idle control valve. Engine runs strong i dont think its anything wrong with it, no smoke.

any suggestions???

It's "fouling", and just pull them. if they are black and wet with fuel, they are fouled
