Well...after much frustration with the motor not starting up...I've concluded that the primaries just aren't firing! After cranking the motor for about 5 secs...I pulled a spark plug from each rotor..bone dry, nothing...no fuel! F~CK man...well, I can seem to find the reason why they won't fire...

..what signals the primaries to fire? CAS...ECU...??? I've checked my connections and everything is good...its starting to really bug me!

is your fuel pump running?

the injectors are grounded by the ecu, so make sure they get 12v. the ecu fires the injectors when it sees the rpm signal from the cas and the afm moves. the afm also has a fuel pump switch in it, if the door is closed it wont turn on the fuel pump

The fuel pump is on, and I have a custom fuel line setup using good fuel line, and I can feel the pressure in the lines..so I know the fuel is getting up to the block. I wonder maybe if my CAS isn't aligned right...wouldn't the ECU fire at any RPM signal..even if the CAS isn't in the right spot? I'll pull it back out and reinstall it..recheck it, etc...

yah the ecu assumes you put the cas in right

Yea, that's what I thought. Well, I'll recheck it anyways. I know the MAF is hooked up right too...so it must be my connections at the injectors or a ground somewhere...damnit! NO MORE GROUNDING PROBLEMS!

Have you check the pins on the injector connectors? Can't you test the signal from the ecu to the injectors somehow? Like pull off the injector connector and hook up a multimeter or test light???
