this is what i got...
-core -6 ft straight pipe -4 ubends -battery box -4awg relocation wires/130a fuse/jumper posts -6 silicon connectors -12 clamps -bead pipe ends (will be done) -reweld stock tb adapter/replaces the need for greddy adapter (will be done) what i plan on doing after... -radiator duct -intercooler air bypass into radiator - for air under intercooler -weld in bov (do i need to buy aluminum flange?) -cut bumper to fit anything else? |
this is a custom ic i assum? you are going to need more bends and pipe. it may not seem like it but you will. get some masking tape and tape the pipes after they are cut and set them up into the car so you get everything alligned perfict then tack weld it all then remove the pipes and finish weld.
i know the tape thing sounds odd but its alot easyer and cheaper then making any mistakes while making the pipes to fit the car |
Honestly, that looks like overkill or too much free time/spare money.
I am not worried about testing fitting. I have a bit of OCD, so usually things will be done well whether I can help it or not. Using tape and tack welding... noted! |
it depends on your IC outlet/inlet, location of i/c, and a bunch of other shits.
im using an npr large fmic, should only need 5 ft of pipe (ive laid it out a bunch of times, but notr ecently with the new bumper), one 2 ft straight piece and 1 3ft straight piece. its all relative to what your core is. kevin. |
the core is exactly like the greddy core ...give or take on the dimensions slightly

My only advice, take your time...it's the best way. Another tip, get some nice weather stripping or use a sliced silicon hose to go around the holes after cutting...this will look cleaner and cut back on vibration/noise if the motor torques...
