I had a feeling he was being a jerk.

Guess I'm boned then, since the passenger side window on my TII wont go up.

That used to happen a lot when i worked in the shop. If you can get ahold of the window, we used to use needle nose with a rag over them or something similar to that. then try pulling it up while using the switch. If you want to put the window down just dont let it go all the way down again.

depends on whats wrong, if its a switch, you can bypass it and jumper right from the battery.

its not all the way down, its like 1/4 of the window sticking up

i'll try what you guys said, thanks

yea first you have to figure out if its the switch or the regulator etc. if its the switch bypass it and jumper the regulator with battery voltage and ground.

if its the regulator your best bet is to cut one of the cables which controls the movement of the window at which time you should be able to move it up, then wedge a piece of wood or something similar under it when its all the way up.
