I just wanted to know what everyone has their alignment set up for and what is good for certain uses.



I was going to just have my everything zero'd front and back, as far as camber and toe.

But then someone told me that this would be a good setup for Autocross. Which is what i'm going to be doing.



1 to 3 degrees of negative camber in the front.

zero camber in the rear with toe steer eliminators

and a couple degrees of toe in on the front.



I kno theres a whole thread in the suspension forum about all this, but I wanted to know what the FC drivers used.



If you could specify, Drag, Drift, or Daily drive. That would help us all. And rim and tire sizes.

In the front I have 6° Caster, 0.5° - 1° Camber (depending on if I am running slicks or not slicks require less camber) and 1/8" toe out.



In the rear I am running .08° Cambar and Zero on the toe.





I have 450# front and 350# rear springs with Racing beat sway bars front and rear with my KYB AGX shocks set at 1 in the rear and 2 in the front.



Now you know my secrets and I have to kill you.....

OMFG! I have the same setup as you. Not the alignment but the suspension parts. Kyb AGX all the way around, with tein springs. Racing beat sway bars are on the way. Do you have the adjustable end links? and also how much of a difference do you feel with the sway bars? Also ordered the RB strut bar and engine torque brace.

Front: -2° camber, 6° caster, 1/16 inch toe out

Rear: -2° camber, 1/32 inch toe in

That is a LOT of camber. Have you ever checked your tires with a pyrometer?



I was running -1.5° with 245/45/17 Victoracers and they were a tad warm on the inside edge. When I switched to the 10" wide Hoosiers they were roasting on the inside edge. I found -0.5°- -0.8° camber to be sufficient.











Yes I have the end links too. I used to have the front and rear preloaded to be neutral with me in the car. I love the RB sway bars. I had toyed with experimenting and taking off the front Racing Beat bar and putting on the stock TII bar. My car tends to understeer. We fixed it (sort of) by running 5 PSI more rear tire pressure than front.

Well, those are the settings I'm going to run on the first day of testing. Somone here i know with the same setup as i'm installing, he races time trials with a 90TII stock, with ground control and all the suspension parts. He has toyoRA1 245 wide tires on 16x8 wheels.



He recommended zero toe front and rear, -2.5 degrees front camber, -1 degree rear camber, front caster is 5.2 degrees (stock).

I'm definitly open to suggestions on what I should run on my first day testing other than stock at shannonville motorsports park.

it's only $131.99 USD, I spend that at the bar sometimes. I'm just curious how it is secured onto the wheel to do the measurement, since I have alloy wheels, Then I have an alloy front hub, and it has a magnetic adapter... unless you use the brake rotor.

Give me a list of your Suspension Mods. 2.5° Front camber tells me your running light springs and your expecting a lot of suspension travel. The stiffer the suspension the lower the negative camber to softer the more negative you will need to keep the tire flat in a turn.

Ground Control Coilover sleeves, Ground Control camber/caster plates. 375 front springs, 225 rear springs. S5TII meshie wheels with 225/50/16 Toyo RA1. KYB AGX front and rear. Mazdatrix rear suspension pillow ball mounts. Stock Sway bars front and rear.



That's about it for suspension I think. I just cut my finger taking out the old bushings so everything is on hold.
