almost finished, some pits left where the double throttle holes were due to aluminum being dirty when they welded it, going to be bringing it back to them this week probably to have that fixed... other than that, I think it's coming out pretty well https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

does an engine have to be ported or turbo to benefit from a ported tb?

not really.

removing the double throttle and porting can help responsiveness on any car... assuming everything else is in proper working order...

Did you feel a Diffrence when you put it all back together?

I did that mod but ended up buying a Feed (fd) adapter plate for my T2, the Throttle's are slightly bigger.

it looks like you took that pic in a urinal

It's not back together yet, and my seat-of-the-pants dyno won't be useful since there are a shitload of mods since last time it ran, fresh hybrid na/turbo housing motor, street port, port matched manifolds, to name a few.

hell, just all the housings being brand new is going to make a big difference, since it had like 100k miles before this.

no dyno printouts here to back up the mod, I'm just trying to eliminate any potential bottlenecks in flow since this motor is all about high rpm.
