A couple of things you should probly do first...

I assume you have already been driving it... which is a miracle the apex seals didn't go in the first mile or so. Rotaries that tend to sit for awhile may experience carbon lock or tend to lose apex seals shortly after being returned to service, due to the build-up of carbon and lack of lubrication = death.

You might consider dumping a shitload of ATF, YES "ATF" into both housings and letting it sit for a week. Just crank the car every couple of days to redtribute the settled fluid. The ATF will help break down the hardened carbon and allow the apex seal more flexibility. Don't worry it won't hurt it. Be prepared for a shitload of smoke when the week is over though.

It'd probably be a good idea to flush your gas tank, radiator and cooling system. Rotaries HATE heat and dirt.

Get your injectors professionally cleaned, who knows how much crap hardened while it sat. If your engine leans out = death.

Also clean or replace your oil metering pump lines, once again they might be clogged due to inactivity.

Then of course all the usual: change oil, air filter, coolant, fuel filter, O2 sensor, plugs blah..blah..blah

Good luck man, welcome, and take it easy on your car for awhile. Kinda like a break-in period.

He means dumping the ATF in to the rotor housings and cranking it every couple of days for a week. Then make sure your cats are disconnected so you don't clog them up.This will make your car extremely loud but at least the cats will be good still.Your car will smoke like a bitch for a while because it will have to burn out the ATF in the engine.
