Well i found a decent looking T2 down the road from my school. I want to stop oer and ask th owner if he/she will sell it. It's been sitting for a while i think it has a blown engine. But i was wondering how much i should pay if it is blown and how much if it is running. I have a 93 R1 but i want to learn how to rebuild the wankel and i didnt want to start messin around with my FD. Also how much am i looking at to rebuild a T2? Thanks for the help.

If it's blown and the body is good, pay $2500 max, and that's if it an S5 with a good interior.

As for the rebuild, if you want to replace all of the seals and stuff, it'll run you around $800, from what I hear. If you need to replace housings, the price climbs pretty rapidly.
