I'd be interested in seeing how well that works...it looks like airflow would be a problem.

well with a proper hood and good fan it shold be ok. I was thinking about one myself, and using that "N"tercooler that NX sells. I was also thinking about just the hood without the I/C like the old Ford GT40 race cars.

That should work very well.Even better with a 9" filter on it.

Gorgeous car I think it is truely awesome. Only problem is that I really wanted those rims. I saw them on a Skyline and have wanted them since. Guess I have to look for something new.

Very nice, a little too cluttered for me though, maybe even over done. i would have just gone with a FMIC, 2 core, no problems with that.I too like all the custom stuff he has though, and I like how his haltech relays and install was done. motor/engine work is very nice. :bigthumg:

??? turbos wheren't used till the mid 70s for automotive use....that is a radiator in a GT40 not an IC.....that setup will work great for roadcourse racing...a fan will be useless if you set it up like that need large volumes or air flowing past it

V mounts are better for endurance.

Radiator and FMIC don't have to share the same airflow and don't heatsoak. Although I think the radiator may be a problem when at a stop, but then you just have to speed up.
