So what is the best bang for the buck wideband AFR. I'm rebuilding my S5 NA, going to install a APEXi neo and want to get a decent wideband. So let me know of any junk ones and more preferable which ones are good, look nice, and aren't too exspensive. I would like the whole kit O2, O2 bung, brains, gauge, and wiring. Thanks in advance.

I've been happy with my LM-1 from Innovate Motorsports. I see they are selling their stuff in Summit & Jegs now. Cost is around 300 clams.

ive got that one too, its been really good on a street car.

i have the NGK AFX one. Its pretty nice. real easy to read display. like $250 or something.
still dunno where im gonna mount it. |
Where did you get the NGK for $250, everywhere I look its more like $295.
Hook a brother up. |
LC1 and AEM are nice. Anything with a analog sweep in addition to a digital display..
The units that use JUST a digital display are not as good, you can't see spikes.. |
i just recieved my AEM. heard nothing but good things about them.

LM-1 has been greta for me, whats this about a faster sensor tho?
kevin. |
SHHHHHH secrets!~
Actually if want to be REAL serious, you need 3 per exhaust port. That way you can tune EACH combustion event https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.gif |

(i wonder about the rx8 its got an ND version) so theres 2 sensors, the bosch; which is an oem audi vw part, and the ntk, which is from a 92 civic vx. if you test each sensor back to back the bosch is the slower reacting of the two, its less tolerant of heat, seems less durable, and its like 3x cheaper. $50 vs $200ish for the average street car the bosch is enough, but if you're nuts like el, then you'd wanna step up |

good idea, im pretty sure im gonna pull my vents and run my two gauges and the wideband in there, i never use the vents anyways, only floor heat when i need it.
