Ok it is finally driving me nuts and I have asked before and never gotten a straight responce! My tachometer is driving me crazy. It works sometimes then it spikes to 9000 rpm and does that horible buzzer!!! and gets stuck there till i bang on the steering wheel. People will start to say that there is a guy in a second gen RX-7 that is crazy and drives beating on the steering wheel. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif

It is driving me nuts. and since we are already talking about the gauges my oil preassure dosent work neither!!! I could really use some help..

The wire for the tack hooks up at the trailing coil maybe it has a lose connection.

the trailing coil is the one to the rear? near the fire wall?

its the coil that says T1 T2 on it.

Yeah its the one in the back. You could always follow the trailing plug wires to figure it out to.

the coils are marked with a T and a L, so is the block

so basically just look around for any loose wires, and if I dont find any? will a bad clusted do this even though some times it works perfect.
