I plan on modding my NA soon should i get a aftermarket or a stock one right now i have full RB exhaust and a intake and removed my 5th and 6th port sleeves they weren't working anyway and i might be runnning NOS soon (if i do decide to go with after market what kind and where do i find one)

Doesn't the O2 sensor come from the harness, to the sensor at the exhaust? If you cut it too short, can't you just find the wire, and solder/crimp a new wire on, to run to the sensor? As for aftermarket, I have no idea. I just got the generic brand that would fit my car.

Just get the bosch one. It doesn't matter if it's modded or not provided you're still using the stock ecu. If you're heavily modding the car in the near future, you could invest in a wideband o2 sensor, but that is pretty costly and pretty useless on an n/a or mildly modded turbo.
I've always used bosch and haven't had a problem. Also, solder it, don't just crimp it. You should also throw some shrink tubing around it as those things are pretty sensitive to any electric field that may be around them. Never hurts to be safe with wiring. Redwood |
