I dont know what's going on. I detailed my engine bay, and right afterward, I went to start the engine, and now there's nothing. Everything else, the dash, idiot lights, stereo, headlights, everything else seems to work, but the starter doesnt see to crank. I've tested the connection to the starter, to no avail. All fuses are fine. I can hear the main relay click when i turn the key, which i believe mean theres no problem between between the ignition switch and the battery...any input? I have to go to work at 7am cst so the sooner the better. Thanks all.

I got an N/A starter for sale. Its from NAPA, and still has a warranty on it.
PM me if interested. -a |
My starter has a lifetime warranty on it (o'reilly's) but I dont even hear the solenoid clicking on it....or could that be it? Unfortunately, we are in a tornado watch here in tulsa, or I'd go beat it with a rubber mallet...

maybe the tornado will scare the starter to its death and then you can get a brand new one...

Did you pressure wash the engine? Maybe a wire came off somewhere
|
fixed it...just got that new ACT clutch, which requires (although it shouldnt) almost constant readjustment of the pedal... the clutch interlock switch was not engaging...good to go now.
Thanks! |
