You have purchased what is known as a "project". If you look around, you will find a good bit of discussion on the topic of swapping a T2 engine into an N/A body.

This might not be a bad place to start: https://www.nopistons.com/forums/ind...howtopic=12743

Ya this was bought as a project car I have never had an RX7 mostly mistubishi eclipse, lancer but what I was asking is, is this a HUGE project or a hard fun project or a good decision project and i dont mean good decision as in rx7 i mean good decision based on the fact that i bought an 86 na without an engine with a jdm t2 ... like what kind of work and money and tech difficulties etc did i get myself into?

I think it's a great project, but it won't be that cheap. Read the thread that I linked and see how much you're going to need to buy. Certainly it's been done before. Hopefully, someone here who has pulled it off can tell you what he spent.

There are many people who would suggest that a T2 is a better place to start, but it all depends on where you want to end up.
