do you mean because its upside down?

It will read fine. Its all sprung and held in place. My SAFC reads the same still so it should be fine. I have noticed a hell of a decrease in the temps from the turbo. It cools down ALOT quicker. You can actually watch the numbers fall straight down on the gauge, skipping every few. It used to stay hot for a while, then start falling.

I also cut a hole behind the headlight for some added air. Also, I took the headlight out and with the FTP out, it gets a crap load of air to it. The TID also freed up alot of air and I have noticed a decrease in spool time.

thats a nice place for your safc

rx7freddie 09-25-2003 02:58 PM

do u have probs wit your super afc with your

S4 ?

I thought it was a good place. Its not mounted yet becasue I needed to get in and out behind the gauges, but the SAFC is mounted to the braket with velcro, so you can take it off and let the passenger help you tune it without having to lean down and play with it

And no problems at all with the SAFC. It works great.

Yea...it is a sprayer rail...no bottle in the car right now, took it out and put in the shop for later(its empty anyways). The rail doesn't flow well enough either, so a new one will probably need to be made...

try various solvents on that rustproofing crap, start with alcohol, then try some kerosine, gas, then acetone.

I used to take it off cars all the time.
