Im lookin at plugs on Greddy and they have RE 9, RE 10 and RE 11, what should i go with?

What kinda driving do you do? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif

the harder you drive the colder plug you need
|
Its a street car, but i will be driving it hard, i guess you would say street racing. and whats the colder 9 or 11, not quite sure how plugs go?
|
11 is the colder plug...i.e higher the number, colder the plug.
I would say unless your car is HEAVILY modded, you will be just fine with the stock plugs (NGK BUR7EQ's leading, and BUR9EQ's trailing). Slighty modded to modded cars are usually fine with BUR9EQ's in all four holes. Cars running 400+whp have been fine with 9's in all four holes. Just remember, colder plugs tend to foul easier. |
why greddy...

I dunno i've been looking for a turbo setup and i know greddy is good cause they are all mitsu spec and i was looking around the rest of the site. for once a company actually has rx stuff. 20G turbo lol |
Yeah, just stick with Stock NGK's. They are pretty cheap as well, from most auto parts stores.

I have the ngk BUR9EQ's at all four , they work great, but if your car tends to flood easily they do foul pretty quick. My car was running very rich and it would flood easy, i fouled a set within about 2000 miles.

Alright thank guys
