I have written in previous posts of the Greddy Catback. Well I have finally installed it and thought I would show pics of the ass-end. The exhaust note is deep. I was worried that it would sound like shaking rocks in a coffee can but it doesn't.

I also installed the gauges that I previously asked about wiring. I was excited when these worked because I suck at electrical stuff.

Here are the gauges. Below the stereo. Now I know I may catch some crap for them being Autometer gauges. I have read on this forum of folks speaking poorly about these gauges but I bought these before I joined the forum. Hopefully they will work fine.

I made the mounting plate myself using 22 gauge steel and screwed it into the back of the surround.

i love the looks of that catback, how much did that run you?cause i'm thinking about the N1 Dual or the Corksport... and i noticed you had some fatass wheels there can we get a pick of the rims?

That Greddy is hands down the nicest looking exhaust. But I like the way my RB sounds better.

MazdaEnthused 09-21-2003 11:07 AM

i heard that the corksport sounds the riceiest but thats kinda what i'm shooting for

Badass man. I need some more gauges...

rfreeman27 09-21-2003 02:31 PM

Are they a pain to read from the drivers seat at that angle?

Thanks for the praise guys. The Greddy was very expensive and I probably overpaid but I love it so to me that's all that matters. I am ready to catch **** for this so here it goes... I paid a little over $800 for the catback. I know, I know, RB, Corksport and others are way way less but I loved the look of this one so I went with it.

The gauges are easy to read from the drivers side. you can see everything on them by just glancing down. You don't have to lean back or anything.

The tires on this thing barely fit. Feels like less than an inch clearance between the tire and the springs. Here is a pic of the wheels for MazdaEnthused.

Great work man.. guages look like you really took your time and did it right. And so what if they're Autometer. I seriously doubt Autometer would sell so many guages if they were that ****** inaccurate IMHO.
