Probably the best HP per dollar mod that you will actually notice the difference is replacing your cats with a pipe and presilencer or high flow main cat.



There is a whole staged write up on this subject in FAQ's. I can't remember the name of it.

I don't think there is any air tube on that. Is the air pump by itself enough pressure for the 5/6 ports on an S4?

For a easy bolt on use the Bonez high flow converter and pipe, and there will be no 5-6 port problems.

I know people here don't like it, but the reality is a good solid nitrous kit. 50 HP to the wheels for under $400 isn't bad. Do your homework as it's more involved than just spraying it. Properly done it can be VERY rewarding.

it does, I had it, my ports opened.

On an s4...if you replace the cats w/ the bonez pipe you wont need the airpump..its only used to aid the cats on S4s...the S5s use it for 5th &6th port actuation and cat help, lol...take it off if you go bonez, but good luck getting inspected.

u could always just hog out your cat's and put them back....hehehehehe..tobad if some one finds out your busted

Ok, so there is a backpressure pipe on the $160 race version? I'm asking for myself now since the pre-cat flanges are starting to leak more and more each week on my 86. I have the RB setup on my 88 and I like it but I'm not spending that much again.
