It stopped working. It feels like something disconnected inside the door somehow. Any words of wisdom before I open up the door tommorrow?

I was thinking about that, but does the handle look different when it breaks like that? It feels like the handle is ok, but maybe what its attached to is broken. I figured when it breaks like in the write up it would hang down or something.

my handle was broken too. The inside looks alarmingly fragile, but was pretty simple to replace
