I have an 87 turbo II salvaged, and a 88 n/a.....im swapping all my turbo parts to the n/a including motor because the body is in way better shape......Can i just swap the wiring harness and motor and ecu for thje time being and use the stock n/a transmission?? im gonna swap everything eventually but i really need a car that moves.........more than one that moves fast.....

Yes you can just don't dump the clutch, or race often.
|
thnx man, i already know that

They are both S4 you don't need to swap the wiring either.Just swap the engines. And use your NA flywheel and clutch so your starter still works. It should run just like that
|
if you have a t2 and na on hand you have all the parts, while you're swapping parts why not keep the turboii trans and friends.
you'd have to swap flywheels with the na... and you'll probably break the na trans, who can resist driving a turbo car hard. since you have the donor cars you have a nice opportunity to do it 'right'. |
