Ok, so I'm bored and broke with nothing to do, and I just figured I'd get a list going of what motor setup Turbo or NA that the FC guys here have and what you expect it to produce(HP wise)...include pics too..I figure if we get some new members and they have questions about a setup, we'll know who to send them to. Here's mine:
1991 13BT Large StreetPort Custom 2mm 2pc Apex seals 80psi OPR FD internals(side, corner, etc seals) Completely balanced and ready to go. Motor well tuned with stock turbo & ecu = 240RWHP to 270RWHP hopefully. Motor well tuned with upgraded turbo & ems = 400RWHP to 425RWHP. Motor should handle 20+psi...most I'm gonna boost is maybe 18 on 110 race fuel. Looking for mid to high 11s for now. |

I hope it runs as good as it should...I'm gonna shoot for high 12s w/ the stock turbo...wonder what those FD guys will think then, lol...

ahah! I had blue wiring harness before, but now im gonna keep it clean, just finished cleaning/stripping the cpu wiring harness and added black convulting tubing, not blue this time. Im using blue silicone vac hoses though, the whatever 3-4 there are.

I had an ass load of blue under the hood w/ all the silicon hoses and plastic wire covers, etc...but i stripped my motor of all emissions and i've only got like 3 or 4 hoses left in blue, lol...

What kind of clutch do you have? I have the stock one, I think i can fry it in one weekend.

Right now i've got a centerforce Dual friction...but it's coming out when i upgrade the EMS and fuel...

it's running and only street tuned for 10 psi. The owner of the Dyno passed away Christmas day and i couldn't complete the tuning process. Yes it's full TO4B hence why i went with the NOS also. something for the Auto-x that won't choke on the 1/4. I have yet to attend the track. I'll go take pics outside right now.

I'm retarded and can't make a picture smaller. The manifold is shinier when i clean it up with some Mother's Aluminum polish, and definitely cooler to the touch than the I/C pipe. This summer it's going to be the V-SPL front mount and the K2RD aluminum radiator (got it for X-mas)

i know someone with the exact set up get 331 RWHP @10 psi. He did the tuning himself. I'm trusting Steve Kan (aka Pluto on the other forum) from www.Gothamracing.com Unfortunately he's in Ft Worth and i'm In daytona for school most of the time. We meet @ 1/2 way in Alabama. So you get the point. I may have Crispeed do the rest. I would like 400 RWHP w/o the bottle but i don't think my compressor will be big enough. Maybe with a R instead of the B. But we'll have to see. If this works then in a yr or so, i'll move up to a Gt 35/40. 11's are my goal this year. I just skipped mid 13's through high 12's all together.

CYMFC3S: How do you like your K2RD radiator. I just got one for X-mas and have yet to install it.
The A/C?.................Because this car will have A/C. I want a very versatile package. IF a Porsche, or a Z06 comes with one. Then so should mine. |
you should beble to keep the ac, you do have to make the holes bigger for the lines.
