Quick question. I'm trying to button up my new motor in my FC, and I seem to be missing a couple of gaskets. Do you think I can get away with using just gasket maker? The gaskets are for the coolant line for the turbo, and the oil return line for the turbo. I just don't want to blow another weekend waiting for a mazdatrix delivery for 3 lousy gaskets.

i would get the oil return for sure, or you will have leak

i'd just make a couple of gaskets, brown paper bag and a little silicon work

Cereal box, non-corrugated cardboard works nice

A roll of gasket material is available at your local store, just take the piece you want and gently tap the shape out as best as possible without damaging the part, then just cut it out..

I've got a roll of that stuff! Usually, it's sitting on a shelf, collecting dust. But every once in a while I use it to make a gasket. They aren't pretty, but they always seem to work.
